Hey Everyone!
Update! I GOT MARRIED! On June 9th in Memphis, Tennessee, Jessica and I got married surrounded by a ton of our closest family and friends. It was the best day of my life because I got to marry my best friend! My wife, Jessica, is an incredible woman of God and truly is the most creative person I have ever met in my life. She is an artist, performer, author, speaker, model, and - fun fact- she is America's First Female Speedpainter! Maybe you've seen some of her work- She has performed for a variety of things from being featured on A&E, various morning shows, to performing at numerous conferences such as Gateway's Women Conference: PINK Impact & BASIC Conference in New York, to the grand opening for IKEA, and so much more. She was even featured in New York Magazine this past year! Go check her out at { www.jessicakhaas.com }! God gave me such a cool creative wife and we had such a blast planning our wedding together.
A few deets from our wedding day! We designed and made everything together from our own wedding logo to our ceremony to our invites. Our wedding was brunch themed, because Jessica and I are both breakfast fanatics, so we had everything from bacon and eggs, to biscuits and gravy, a coffee bar, and even a donut wall. The day was so special and unique because we had one of the world’s largest bridal parties known to man full of our dearest friends and family. Jessica and I absolutely loved getting to see family and friends that we hadn’t seen in quite some time and share our commitment to each other with them. We felt so loved and cherished by so many people that drove and made an incredible effort to share in our special day. The ultimate highlight for me was the ceremony Jessica & I creatively collaborated and planned together. God could not have given me a more perfect & creative match!

Our wedding ceremony was my absolute favorite. Jessica & I wanted to tell our story at the beginning of our wedding ceremony through a video { which we got to creatively collaborate with our friend at Year One Weddings to create - www.yearoneweddings.com } and set the tone for what was going to be taking place on our special day. We wanted everyone to know what our love was about through our point of view and how it was our greatest act of worship to love one another as Christ loved the church, become one in Him, and for our marriage to be centered on Christ. Jessica and I are a very creative couple and we wanted our wedding day to reflect who we are in every way from the content to the smallest details. We truly believe that is what God will be doing with us in the future and it is our favorite adventure getting to create together. Our creative friend Jordan, Owner of Year One Weddings, captured our vision perfectly! *That video is right below!*. During the ceremony I also surprised Jess with a song as a part of my vows. She cried. I cried. It was a big deal. Then we were pronounced husband and wife & I still cant get over the fact that I get to hang with my best friend forever.
After an incredible wedding, Jessica and I honeymooned in Mexico at the coolest all-inclusive resort and ate the best food I have probably ever had in my life. We are back in the states and getting acclimated to our new life together. All I can say is... Married life is so awesome!
*We also have a short sneak peek video of our wedding day that you can see below! Share the excitement with us and be sure to check out these clips below to catch a glimpse into Jessica and I’s special day. Then, stay tuned because we will have a full video highlight and pictures of the day coming soon!
